As jimbo said, what model?
Have you checked that both the restrictors, as described on www.nsr125.com, are gone?
Does it redline in 6th when it gets to 93, if so you can probably upgear it to get a higher top speed but lower acceleration. If not then there's not enough power in it's current state of tune.

Right... Have you tried downhill
The last few mph are a real struggle on mine It will sit happy at 85, and i can budge it to 95, but the last bit is a real push
At those speeds, it will be de-restricted.
Changing front chain-ring would do it... |
