Saw this in The Mirror the other day (while eating a really nice bacon sarnie!) - is it just me or is this an attempt to give bikers a bad name? There is seemingly no proof that it was 2 people on a motorbike that killed Diana!

Bit scary if it is true though.

Quote:
A bright light was flashed at Princess Diana's car moments before it crashed into a concrete pillar, a witness claimed yesterday.

A motorbike overtook the Mercedes inside the Pont de l'Alma tunnel in Paris before a 'major white flash' like a police radar was directed at the car [from the front, obviously by the way this reads], Francois Levistre told the inquest into the princess's death.

The Mercedes veered across the carriageway several times before ploughing into the pillar, said Mr Levistre, who was driving in front of the princess's car through the underpass.

How the hell could he have seen that? How?

I can understand if he poss saw a bit of the actual crash in his rear view mirror, but frigging logic dictates that he cant have seen the flash, or the car veer that much....did he have his eyes off the road for about 20 seconds? I think not. I find it hard to believe. And why would he only speak up now?

It's only a shame because of the media coverage it generated (and is still generating).

Do radar guns emit blinding flashes of light?

It lends an ironic slant to the whole don't speed/road safety message... Confused

I wasn't interested when she was alive and I'm not interested now. Just more ghoulish-income generating-fodder for the daily rags to flog to stupid people who think this crap is actually important.

Thumbs Up

She "did a lot for charity" because she was a publicity-seeking narcissist with nothing better to do in between skiing holidays.

If I did a lot of charity in Africa and died people wouldn0t give a shit!
If people really loved her so much why don't they let her rest in peace!?
Would you like to die and have people EARN MONEY off of conspiracy theories for 10 years? It's disguisting the way the media acts... All they tell you is told for a reason.
Take bird flu for a very good example. What was bird flu? Did you need to know about it? Do you personally know anyone who was affected? Probably not. They are scare stories for money and supression of people's ideas

Mohamed Al Fayed claims Diana and his son Dodi were murdered ten years ago in an Establishment plot ordered by Prince Philip.

I love this theory Very Happy
Is this the same prince phillip that the natives came to meet on TV the other week.
I personally wouldnt fancy tangling with a 2.5 ton Merc' in a tunnel if i was on a bike.
She died in a car crash, same as hundreds of people every year in this country, but because she is famous people dont want to believe she could die such an "ordinary" death !!

This fits in perfectly with the news report in 'Biking News' about the Prince running to save a biker.

Maybe he is in league with some 'hit-bikers' and was following one of these to order another hit, probably on Harry for finding his stash of porn and drugs.

Headlines next week

Royal scam, Hitmen on Bikes, dead prince, porn found!

her driver was a twat, who was on medication, was drink driving, and tipped off the paparazzi before leaving

he lost control and hit a pillar

the only one to survive was wearing a seat belt

the others werent, even tho diana had fronted a seat belt campaign

sinister conspiracies are not always necessary, when carelessness and chance are at hand

another daft bit of news recently was that the guy shot in the tube as a suspected terrorist had done coke at some point so all involved in his murder are innocent, as if he panicked due to coke, they couldnt be blamed for killing him

Another one of these boring long running media stories which the papers use to fill up space. Can't believe also that tax payers money is being spent on a pointless 6 month or so inquest when its obvious the outcome is going to be that they still don't know what really happened.
