Keep seeing these on ebay for £25 buy it now Shocked

The scary thing is, they actually look pretty good, so the question is, to anyone whose bought one; are they any good? Are they warm and waterproof? Are they strong enough to withstand at least a bit of a slide down the road? And does the camo look better in real life? Laughing

generally I'd go with 'you get what you pay for'

Himself bought one this summer, a black & white camo one, and he wears it pretty much all the time. I think we paid a bit more than £25 for it, IIRC it was about £40-50.

Seems well-made, no issues so far (5 months on) with stitching or fasteners. It's certainly been warm and windproof, proved showerproof so far but he's not been caught out in any heavy rain yet so not sure how it would cope - no reason to think it wouldn't though.

The armour in it seems OK but it's all removable so he has replaced the back and shoulders with some that he feels will give better protection.

He seems happy enough with it.

I have the same one as "himself" but it's not the camo pattern and I've had mine a year. Also bought off Ebay. It's pretty good tbh, warm and comfy however it lost it's waterproof-ness after a 3 or 4 months, but I've retreated it and it's been fine again. I can't knock em for the money... having said that I've never crashed in one.

I've got the grey and black one and have had it over a year. I find it excellent but if you buy one go up at least one size to allow for the zip out lining.

I was also considering these but because of the 'unknown'ness of the brand wasnt going to commit, but if it seems decent enough at that price, who loses Smile

Does look like it wont be as warm as some jackets though.
