Ok so having not had my bike a week yet the tail light is out, it works when breaking but not otherwise,

Im aware this means I gotta get a replacement bulb but I have no idea how to remove/replace the bulb thats already in there, I tried turning it an pulling but it doesnt seem to want to give an I dont want to force it too hard incase I mess up the connection because thats the last thing I need right now.....anyone help me out with this??

Also, since it is only one of the lights thats out, and it works as a breaklight, would it be illegal to still drive the bike around because obviously I'll need to drive to a place that sells these darn bulbs....

Ok managed to get the bulb out , thanks!

Will I be road legal to ride the bike still given that the other bulb is still fully functional and even the one that needs replacing still lights up when the brake is applied??

Eh, what about all the bikes that only have one tail light, do their owners run over hundreds of kittens because of the reduced illumination? Smile

So, as I suggested in your other thread, on your bike you should be fine providing you have one fully functioning running light and one fully functioning brake light - any more is a bonus.

If anyone can prove otherwise, well, please provide the evidence Smile.
