Hi Could anyone tell me where mixer scewrs are on my vfr400 nc30 1989??? Not runnin right.

On the bottom of the carbs, near the middle of the v. They should be cross head brass looking screws, pertruding slightly from the main body.

Nope, and no.

To balance the carbs on the bike took a very short screwdriver (one cut down so it as 30mm of grip, with the cross head just sticking out), adjusting blindly/by feel from the lhs with the mid panel and bellypan removed. Dad was guiding with a torch/checking the balancer from the rhs and counting the turns.
