Im i the only one whos die'ing to play this game, im drooling at the thought, and yes bikes, my dreams have been answered, as far as i know there's a cruiser, semi fared sports bike, super-moto type bike, scooter .Also Helecopters planes,sports cars loads of weapons, knives, chainsaws, M60. (nearly falls of chair in excitment) Have u got it in the office yet korn! (or zimm or andrew) is it as good as they say it is

im tempted to buy a PS2 just for the GTA series, cos im sick of having to upgrade my pc everytime i wanna play a recent game, this includes the likes of medal of honour and MGS2 and stuff, its all good

plus ive heard the PC version, experiences major problems even on top spec machines, so yes, me wants a PS2

um at the mo its PS2 only, Korn is it worth getting a PS2 just to play Vice city, yeah goose thats one of the reasons why i got a ps2, my computer was shit and games kept crashing on it so i thought id get a reliable PS2

Game releases tend to increase around now, as its after the summer, and people dont want to be outside

GTA3 didnt work right on my PC

And i will never give in and buy a console!!!

I dont think they will have it for PC review yet, according to my sources

i thought i was a pure PC person, but unless you have deep pockets, its just more and more money

i mean i got my PII 450mhz when it first came out, and it was blistering, i could run every game at the time superbly well

6 months later and games start being released that wont run, so you gotta upgrade, then an amazing game comes along, pushing the boundaries of graphics and shit back even further, cue another upgrade, and so it goes, new game, upgrade or go without, another game, upgrade again

more money, at least with a console you know everything you buy for it will run with no questions

and pc's all just go wrong eventually unless you never install new stuff, you put something on, and when it comes to removing it never gets removed properly, just a pretty icon goes to the recycle bin, but crap remains and clogs up the pc, they are so much hassle, and it really gets on my tits at the moment, cos im broke, and cant run anything post half life

its hardly my place to criticise pc's cos they are superior to consoles, but if pure gaming is what you are after, i dont reckon its a bad move to go for a console, so im considering it, but then i look at my bike, and it suddenly doesnt matter anymore

my 650 play gta2 as well as the ps2 version, and as for stable, the ps2 version wiped my saved game when it crashed one time. and with gta2 the ps2 crashed a lot.

this was of course not my ps2, the only reason i found for that godawful piece of tripe was holding the door open. couldn't even play dvds well.

borrowing a gamecube now. thats a much better machine.

Well, I was lucky enough to have my laptop upgraded free by the insurance when my last one broke.

I find that it runs all the games I want, although I don't fancy my chances with Doom3!

I dont install shit onto mine. If i need it, I'll install it, but no Comet Cursor or other freebie stuff My record uptime is nearly 8 weeks! Everything does go when you uninstall, just need to clear out your Registy every so often.

We haven't had a copy of Vice City yet to play with but from what I've seen and heard it's going to be truly awesome. I did however have my first play with The Getaway last week, very nice game but unfortunately PS2 only.

Depending on how long Sony manage to delay Vice City for PC I think there are going to be a lot of frustrated PC gamers contemplating buying PS2's. GTA3 is like crack and Sony know it, they want to sell as many consoles off the back of it as possible...

If somebody would only hurry up and write a decent PS2 emulator

nah wasnt really plannin on doom3 to be honest, im far too much of a pussy to be able to play a game like that

and yeah stephen, stuff can go, but i was brought up on windows, so i got very little knowledge of pc's and what goes on behind the pretty windows icons, it always tends to annoy me, i feel like im cheating in a way a lot of the time, whatever....shut up goose

lol, the ps2 is my brothers. but it stays in my room.
He wanted it for games.....i wanted it for the DVD player.
So where both happy.
But i always find myself playing GTA3 on the damn thing.
Addictive.
I dont really go for many games on consoles. Tend to be a bit expensive. and with the net now most things are downloadable that will actually run on my old beast of a pc.

But for vice city, ill make an accpetion..

Riding spirits is superb mate its a moto sim buy yourself a R6 tune her up add some bigger carbs bore her out add some trick suspension then wheelie her from 1st - 5th gear smokin on damn that games good cant put it down mate i can even buy my RD125 ahaha class game
