Been without net access for ages, so here's a quick update as to what happened.
got made redundant a couple of weeks after i found out that the missis was up the duff(sept).
sold my nsr to a mate for £2500
found out that the missis is having a boy (mini moto for xmas)(its for the baby honest)
bought a 1989 vfr400 nc24 for £500 squid
fixed it up and now its ready for the road.
taxed,insured and ready to rock.
my brother gave me his IMac so am getting used to it but now have net access at home.
good to be back online after sooooo long.

no problems with the fuel tap on mine but you should be able to get one from a breakers like dk motorcycles or west coast salvage they should post it out to you aswell.
what size tyres are on yours mine has 100x90x16 and 130x70x18 bt45's
does any one know if i can put wider tyres on.
my nc24 is traditional r,w,blue has yours been resprayed.
get yourself the haynes nc30 manual as most of the parts are similar and i used it to fix mine up.
just waiting for a dry day to get used to the bike. Sad

yeh i've been toying with the idea of getting the haynes manual, just need to get some cash together. i also have the miracle of G for dilemmas (he has the manual and a scanner.)

mine is the traditional colours, and i havn't checked tyres, but the back is a bit narrow, i think thats just how it is. any wider and it would be clipping the chain.

oh i've got metzelers.
