Installing CUCM 5.1 - anyone got any experience?

I've got to install CUCM 5.1 at work (Cisco telephony stuff, if you don't know what it is, then you can't help, ta anyway Smile ).
I've installed various 4.x version of CCM before, but not 5.

Usefully, I haven't got any installation discs.
I have got an appropriate username/password to download stuff from the Cisco site.
So far I've got the 5.1(3) patch and a recovery iso, but need to find some more stuff I suspect.

Has anyone done this before.
Did the DVDs you have include platform ones?
