Right, got me Hornet. Find it a tad boring. Like I imagine it is to drive a Civic into work everyday. So much so I don't look forward to riding the bike, I just get on and do it.I'd really like to go out and put a deposit on a different bike.

I've already paid half of the Hornet, on a flexible hire purchase (the remaining amount over a year), but would I be able to upgrade this after I've put a desposit down for the new model? It'll most likely be from the same dealer, so won't be changing finance companies either.

Sorry, new to this, I've always bought bikes outright in the past.

They will give you so much for the bike, which you can put towards your new bike and just top up the remaining money with adding to the loan.

So if your hornet cost 3k
say u have paid back 1500 of it
you get 2500 for your hornet
your new bike is 3500

you are 1k short.
You just add an extra 1k to your loan, which means you owe 2500 over the remaining time.. Wont be a problem assuming your circumstances havent changed
