I picked up a very cheap ohlins damper for my bike yestyeday and wasnt sure of what settings to use on it, so i sent an email to ohlins asking what the standard settings from the factory are.

Today I received an email not only with the standard settings, but with 2 PDF files on how to set it up for different situations and how to fit it and maintain it!

now thats top service and I didnt even buy it from them!

But still, some of these big companies would have just ignored the email.

So Thumbs Up
