I'm a big fan of the stuff & had a go myself at one, pulled an image from Google & added/blended/coloured stuff & came out with the below.
The professional ones are truly amazing. I did this one a few months back.

They're not done in Photoshop, probably some 3d rendering software. I did do mine in Photoshop & don't think there's any tutorials for this exact thing but once you know the basics, you should be able to put one together with a little imagination.

I want to find the proper software tho.

I think most people tend to use software like 3d stuio max for the 3d stuff then as i don't think i've ever seen a tutorial for this kinda stuff in PS.
This stuff is amazing. Wonder how long it takes!
