Stupid bitch at work reversed into my bike!! It was at the start of my shift too so all day i wan annoyed and couldnt stop thinking about the bike. She had proper hit it one as it went over on the side of its stand. She snapped off the foot peg and a few minor scratches but the crash bung saved alot it. Was horrible seeing the bike just lying there on the floor, ran over as quickly as i could to pick her (the bike) up. The stupid bitch then said "do you want me to pay for it?" ...."erh nah love i will fork out the money for something i didnt do!"
Taken the bike to my mechanics and he is going to sort it out. was really wired riding home wiht no peg. had to sue the paxssenger peg. Luckily it was the peg on the rear brake side that snapped.

Yeh my dad said i was lucky she didnt run off.
Found out it might cost about £100 for the peg and labour there are also scratches on the clutch lever and little ones on the panel and if i had her for those to it would be over £100!! rung her up and she said "100 pound, thats alot!" shit if i did her for all the damage she would be going mad, if she goes through insurance i will claim for all of it.
pocket rocket how much damage was done? would piss me off big time if someone did a runner on me like that.

Just give her two options, if she doesn't want to pay for it and go through the insurance tell her you want the panels as well...

Sods law the company will write your bike off if it goes through insurance Laughing

you did take photos right? , and have witnesses? ,

she says £100 it alot, go through insurance then who will attempt to worm their way out of it ,

though as said insurance has a habit of writing bikes off , this CBR I saw had a 10p sized piece missing out the fairing , was a cat D bike.

Car drivers have this amasing thought that everything bike related is cheap.

Some bloke at work today (accountant) asking how much I save by going by bike.

I'm like it might be a bit more effecient, but i'm wearning £1000 worth of gear and virualy all my bike parts are far more expensive than car ones.

His reply ehh. They must look at the size of a bike, ohh broke that bit of metal, that'll be £20.

Make sure you have pictures and go through the insurance, or get her to pay the mechanic direct before work is done, I have have been fuckered over by taking cash for a payout.
