Ive just put my standard 900 Hornet, twin cans on e bay. Theyve had 4000 miles use and are mint. Any one know what they are worth?????

Well I guess since you put them on eBay then you're going to find out how much they're worth! Though I really don't think you chose the best time of year.

Not a lot would be my guess. How many people want standard cans?

I would have thought that the Hornets cans would be tha last thing to get wrecked in a crash. I may be wrong though.

well a standard can for a sports 600 is worth about £15 on ebay, so i reckon something like that maybe

Normal sports cans go for about 80-100 quid in good condition on the Bay usually. Ill have to wait and see. x fingers somebodys after some ey!

Still got the bike and now sporting twin scorpions, I wont be putting them back on and cant see the point of keeping them in a box. Not when I need some dollar anyway

Let's hope your scorpions pass an MOT ok and the next owner isn't bothered about not having them.

It's a classic thing to look for when buying a bike. If it has a race can, does it have the original.

a) MOT troubles
b) Race cans are a cheaper alternative to replace a damaged original can in a drop. Ergo, no original can, may indicate a drop.

Ta for that, I went and had them checked at a mot centre before I got rid of them, theyre fine with the baffles in.
