Within the last 2 hours BCF has been banned from schoolnet - who provide internet for schools and colleges all over the country!

so someone has been caught on BCF during class, and they teacher has passed on the site details, and its now banned!

Dam the silly one that got it banned! ruined it for students right over the country!

school just isnt the same without BCF.....good job there is proxy sites tho! Laughing

you're lucky i don't work for schoolnet, i'd ban your entire school off the network for using proxies.

O the joys of uni, I don't think anything is banned on our system. In case we need to research stuff.

My ICT teacher moaned at me about being on there instead of doing work on the exciting world of databases. Went on there at college yesterday for the first time in a few weeks aswell. Hope it isn't banned there now. If it is and it is me who has got it banned, feel free to beat my ICT teacher. Laughing

If schoolnet were to stop providing your school with net access you can be sure an investigation would take place by the school and whoever was responsible for breaking the T&C's of the ISP would face disciplinary action, be it staff or student.

@TheShaggyDA - We don't have pool tables and an Xbox, but we have a dvd player with surround sound, a football table and a hifi thing. Razz

ummm...lets see.....everyone uses unblocking sites, it would be really hard to pin point one specific person.

And yes, we do have a pool table, and a ps2, and a mini football table...but thats all for 6th form only.
