hello all was wondering if anyone can help me on this i have a viper can fitted to the bike an i think it might be running a tad lean/rich on the fuel and also i have found one of my front brake calipers has a bit of play in it well as the other one does not bike is generally difficult to push forwards and backwards a bit

Both calipers should have play in them, they are twin piston sliding calipers. If one of them has no play at all it's suggests it's very seized.

As to being difficult to push this also tends to suggest binding calipers so time to strip them and if needed replace the seals.

Chances are the rear caliper is also seized as the tyoe suzuki use seems to be particularly prone to it although the seals used nowadays are common to many Honda's which don't suffer from this.

I supply the seals so if you want a quote just PM me.

The Viper can will affect fuelling one way or the other and possibly both at different places in the rev range.

My dad had put a Viper can on his RF (when he had it) and never changed anything to do with fuelling. He rode it like that for about 2 years and never had a problem.
