Depends how handy you are with the spanners. Although I would have thought a carbbed bike would be much easier + cheaper to get running if you were building from scratch. ____________________ My Flickr |

I think you should perhaps look into the costs of all this before you start.
An ECU, that's gotta be a fair old wedge.
K1 750 frames are still going to be a few hundred for a decent straight on. Then you have wheels, discs, swingarm, sub-frame etc. etc.
I don't think it's as easy as is sounds, but if you have the commitment, inclination and the budget I'd say go for it! ____________________ My Flickr |

not to say that you have to put the engine in a gsxr frame, or even fuel inject it,
i dare say, with a bit of tootling about you could have a fairly cool bike,
all you need is a rolling chassis of some thing, and a fair bit of time.
