I wanted to know of any local meets in the West London area.
However I read in a local paper "The Hillindon times" I think, that there was a biking club in the area that met every Thursday fortnight, or perhaps this was a spoof posting.
I believe it was a spoof cause it only ran for one week, as I been keeping my eyes peeled, but the ad never ran again.

I wondered if peeps were put off of the bad press recently regarding a shooting of an avid biker who attended Bulldog.

I dunno though.......
What you think,,,,,,,,,,,, ? Confused

Meh, i rarely bother riding in london anymore. Too full of noobs on SV's/Bandits and such like that get in the way. Too full of kamikaze couriers. Too full of peds who are just too slow.

Most people meet at the ace first before heading either out towards local roads along the A40/M40 or ride down to box hilll from there on a weekend.

I don't think it'll ever work out since the hustle and bustle of london doesn't really permit organised rides.

Although i'm more than up for it if i'm down in London - I live in Edgware - but usually roam about Kenton->kingsbury-> harrow. Also, pop into hein gericke - some people often "ride out" from there, even though it maybe only to the ace-> through northwick park or wembley.

Nah, riding in london's left to riding on your own and even then, it's best done at 2-3 in the morning. Thumbs Up Oh, make sure you join the S.E section too. Plenty of folk in that area, but we've stopped riding out nowadays - too busy.

What's so exciting about any bike meet?

This might be best in the SE section.
I can move it, if you'd like.
