So my MZ's going, after a 110cc thumpstar or similar.
Good points:
2 standard engines (whole) + 1 completely stripped.
Electronic ignition system (cost £172 itself!)
Burwin rearsets
Burwin clipons
TZ250 seat unit
Spare R1 seat unit
Quick action throttle
Newish tyres
NC30 master cylinder
braided hose
'HH' race brake pads
Aprilia RS250 front mudguard
It doesn't really have any bad points, it's in good nick, I built it from the ground up, I even replaced the crank recently, so replaced the crank, main bearings, all gaskets and oil.
Picture attached.
Bike is 243cc two stroke. Around 18bhp, mainly used to race in BMCRC, this isn't quite ready to race, it needs a front number board, and a chain guard 'shark fin'. It's a bit down on power to a race bike because they tune the engines and this is untouched.
Any questions feel free to email me at gaz@gaz-racing.co.uk or pm me.
I'm looking for a pitbike, thumpstar or similar, show me what you've got, you never know.
Thanks
