What are they like for Returns?

Basically i bought two of the wrong cables, i bought a VGA cable instead of a DVI - Vga Cable ! and a Phono to 3.5 mm jack instead of just a phono to phone cable.

I have the receipt and the packaging is how it came.

Will it just be a straight forward, go in, swap the items and pay the extra if nesscesary?

I've heard they can be a bit aggresive - almost to the point of violence.

Best not bother trying for the return, just keep the cables, and put it down to experience. Thumbs Up

I take stuff back to them all the time, they don't bat an eyelid. Just make sure you have your receipt.

Not sure where the 'aggressive violent' comment came from though...can't imagine that type of employee would last long as a sales person.

The only stuff they give a hard time over is RAM. I've taken a fair bit of stuff back to them and never had a quibble.

Some people need to get out more.

Why ask if they're any good for returns?! Just take the item back to the shop, if they take it back they're good, if they don't, they're not.

You've potentially killed two birds with one stone, you know how good they are for returns, and hopefully returned the item.

Like Siggi says thinks like RAM & CPU's(once opened), Books and Cut cable will all cause problems if you try to return them for obvious reasons. Pre packaged Nikkai computer cables won't be an issue at all.
