I use the windows image resizer tool, Cant remember where i aquired it but you just right click the image on your pc, Go to resize and put in your sizes  (It creates a copy of it in the size you wanted)

And Ste, I recently had to clear a load of space on PC, so most of the expendable software/programmes went.

If space is an issue, just use an online free web based tool: https://www.splashup.com/
Nothing to install, just a free photoshop-type application in a web browser. |
