They are not known for their waterproofness. But a plastic bag over your socks before putting your boots on will work wonders.

yeah I assumed that motocross riders dont really need them to be waterproof. well a plastic bag would keep my feet dry but the insides of the boots would get wet Crying or Very sad maybe I'll just get normal road boots

Trouble is a waterproof boot won't let the water out again.

I had to stand in a puddle that went in over the top of my boots last Sunday so was glad to have non-waterproof boots.

haha well I was working on the assumption that water won't go in in the first place, so there'll be none to escape.I'm certainly not planning on standing in any puddles

If you're going to be doing some offroading than there's going to be a time when you have no choice to put your foot down in a very deep puddle Laughing

well hopefully not for a lengthy period of time lol.
I'll probably still get mx boots even though they arent waterproof, however I'll continue my search for a waterproof one.

i use army boots

motocross boots dont have any tread which is shit when you need a bit of grip to help push or pull the bike a bit if u get a bit stuck

Thats were you need trials ones , designed for walking really slippy rivers ect. There the most grippy boots I have ever worn.
