I had my court case today for speeding (56 in a 30) i got a £200 fine, i was luck not to get my licenced endorsed, but i didnt so quite pleased about that.

he said, he got £200 and no points, pretty damn lucky.

You wouldn't get banned for doing 56 in a 30, 100mph+ instant bad, 6points to lose your licence if you had it <2yrs and speeding wouldn't get you 6points...

Actually Phoe over 30mph on the limit of the road is an instant ban. If you work it out... 100mph is 30mph over 70mph, which is why it is an instant ban.

oh ok, cant see the need for anyone to do 60 in a 30 though anyway, and saying "i got there so quick i didnt realise" ain't true... But I think 70mph is too slow for motorways.

yeah just a straight £200 fine, if i would have got it endorsed if i'd get caught again in 3 years it would be a instant ban. I only managed to get away we the endorsment because i said it was a new bike just started iding it that day (which is true) so i'm glad about that. if i was doing 4mph more (60) i would have got a ban. Stupid thing is if i would have been speeding all the way i would have got away, instead i just sticked to the speedlimt after that Shocked
