Bury Hill's a better venue imo, good excuse (as ever) to have a blast down the '272.

Neither of which are amazing places as such.

Bury hill is a exposed car park at the top of a hill with not a lot else and Box Hill is a car park with a rip off cafe next to it.

Although the run down from Box Hill to Bury hill is quite good (A24 > A29).

If you get bored, could also try [URL=https://www.wessonscafe.com/]Wessons cafe in Horam[URL] which for you would be a quick blast down the A22 towards Eastbourne.

Could head out towards Rye Harbour, some nice roads down that way, with a semi-decent fish & chip shop there can also head on to Camber sands from there.

Hi guys, I went to Hever Castle and back and then pottered around for a bit instead. I did go on the a22 for a bit too but I got up bit too late to take advantage of the day thanks for the suggestions.
