Didn't he have an operation on his leg a few days/weeks ago ?
Maybe he is still recovering?

Nah I believe they put him under , cut him open and found what they suspected to be the problem not to be the problem at all and sewed him back up.

At which he apparently went past a petrol station and thought holy crap! look how expensive petrol has become and was trying to convert an NTV to LPG.

If you can get one to fit, get an 'Odyssey' or similar AGM battery. They are FAR superior to any conventional wet or gel-cel lead acid battery. They will give you higher starting current for a longer period, they will recover faster and they will tolerate deep cycling in a way no ordinary battery will. They cost loads and there is a VERY good reason for this, you won't find a better battery!

You can mount them any way up, except completely inverted (but then why would you want to?) so can often be shoe horned into unexpected places on bikes not specified. If they can start high compression twin cylinder old Guzzi tractors, they will spin your Jap multi, no problem at all.

What he says, got one and would never go back to the inferior lead acid crap now. Thumbs Up
