When admiring bystanders comment that the 990 looks big and heavy, and that they wouldn't like to have to pick it up after a drop, simply lower your 990 on to the floor and let them see how easy it is to pick up again.

This works best on grass, with engine bars fitted.

theres a really good way to pick up a really heavy bike, it was posted a few years ago maybe, basicly you put your back on the seat, and push up with your legs.


we did the same with a sports bike in a car park, coppers came over and asked what we were doing, just laughed and went away
