Put my fevered brow to rest people, I have heard of what happens when your you head gasket goes. Found this white stuff on the pipes on the oil cooler. Not a good sign.

Bike is a VFR400 NC30. This could be alot of arm waving but is there anything to worry about?

I would say it is corrosion.Check the engine oil and see if it is off color.
Check the coolant as well.

If you are only doing short runs at the moment, then it could simply be condensation in the oil. Have a look at the oil in the box.

I do just under 20 miles a day and my oil is showing signs of this white gunk. So you need to be doing a good few miles to burn the stuff off.
