Right I have a Honda Hornet 250, I want to look after the bike however I don't know when I need to service it change oil etc.

I am planning to change the oil/air filter soon, new oil, new spark plugs etc.

Just want to know when I need to do regular oil changes. My city fly was 1,250 miles but this one I don't know.

I have the service manual but it is all in Japanese with it being an import.
