I'm thinking of buying a Triumph Daytona 600 or 650, probably the latter. I was just wondering if there are any known issues to look out for when looking around in the second hand market, for bikes in general but more specifically the aforementioned Daytona. I've tried searching the net but can't find many decent results.

Any comments from riders with previous experience on these bikes would also be most welcome.

Does anyone know of Triumph specific forums?

I like the Daytona by the way becauses 1) It's English 2) It still has a small, but oh so useful seat storage 3) Meant to be pretty good handling 4) Good exhaust note 5) No slouch

thanks for the help Thumbs Up

hi mate, try here https://www.triumphrat.net/

ive got a speed 4, not sure how similar the engine is to a daytona 600. i dont think there are any major probs to look out for, just make sure its not leaking any oil or coolant. Personally i reckon the build quality on my bike is top notch, im using it through winter and with a bit of care it still looks like new Thumbs Up
