decided to finialy px in my nrg power which i got new a few mounths ago its just reached 1000 miles and is in good condition apart from a few scracthes. Its sill restricted and ive decied to move up too a 125 but till a scooter, ive seen a honda sh125 its 2002 and its done 20300 miles and is £999, its seems to be in gd condition and is for sale at a honda delership wich isent bad. what do u think, is this good millage, is there any questions i should be asking them as i am a noob when it comes to bying bikes.. thx

i think that mileage is far too high,
sell you scoot privatly and get a geared bike,
there are plenty on ebay near your area,

Parkers gives a dealers price of £955 for that model and plate. Considering that average annual mileage is 3-4 thousand a year - it's well over priced and and a fair way over the maximum expected mileage for a bike that age.

Here's Parkers price:

Independent Dealer: £950
Private Good: £815
Private Poor: £680
Part Exchange: £725

If it was me, I would want it nearer the top end private price, but i'm no expert.

It's more likely that you will be able to find something with less miles for a better price if you look about a bit.

looked around for a bit and found a 2004 04 Reg PIAGGIO Skipper 125 ST, from a dealer in swindon for £999 the spec is: Automatic, 4,958 miles, BLUE, MOT-07-2008. 434 miles showing on the clock, full service history, long MOT and Taxed till 30/06/08. a pic https://pictures.autotrader.co.uk/ATD_web/servlet/media?id=641753741
