The only thing that scares me is not living through a road accident as I am so as to either:
Be a veg, would rather be killed horrifically and braveley.
Being killed as a whole esp young as I am, the thought of leaving family and good mates sort of not behind(I'd be dead, wouldn't care), but for them to go through the grieving etc... wouldn't wish it on anyone. 
Oh, and spiders.

Nah when supplies get below a certain level, plans will be made to secure the remaining supplies , ie Hitler and his reasons for wanting the countries south of Moscow ie Azerbajian and Georgia for the oil reserves.
That said the USAF are developing alternative fuels , and since you can make town gas out of coal and theres lots of it ,and quite a few military vehicles run on gas turbines...

and who says war will be conventional anyway? , it might be a nuclear war , using enhanced radiation neutron type nuclear war heads to minimise damage to oil production facilities. There was this film ages ago I forget what it was but it had this general onboard an AWACs aircraft, who was constantly after filterless cigarettes , the president was ill one general kept asking for a decapitation strike to cut the head off the chicken, the other one was more prudent.
The film ended with the AWACs aircraft crashing into each other to avert WWIII.

Back to the OT , what scares me?
Probably being crippled, and not being able to end it, even though I have in my wishes to be taken to the clinic in Switzerland and be put down if such an event actually occurs.
This doesn't really T with my other wishes though that if I was in such a state they could harvest all my organs and let other people live their lives so it is slighty juxtapositioned.
