Lol lonewolf don't i know it Very Happy was a bitch to transfer one engine into another bike lol all because i didn't undo one other bolt

Well this is my garage, As you can see it is an absoloute pig sty! its only like that as i have been in the middle of moving the garage around so i can store more bikes in there Smile Notice all the benches on the right hand side Smile Its where the magic is Wink

https://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y153/ottobeil/TheGarage.jpg

the two TZR's i will be taking parts off are these two

https://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y153/ottobeil/TZRFrame.jpg
A K Reg

https://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y153/ottobeil/Donorbike.jpg
A H Reg

here is the bike i will be transforming

https://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y153/ottobeil/TZRBikeTobefixed.jpg

I had a look at the exhaust from the donor bike and it wasn't good. Rust everywhere apart from the expansion chamber

https://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y153/ottobeil/Closeupoftheexhaust.jpg

Also the radiator cover is rusted to bits but its not important as i have another one in mint Smile

https://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y153/ottobeil/SprayPainted.jpg

That was the exhaust prior to sanding, The last person to buy it had sprayed it with a can of aerosol which is really visible on the photo

https://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y153/ottobeil/SandeddownreadyforHTpaint.jpg

And this is the exhaust afterwards not perfect but i might not even use that exhaust as i have one on the bike that is going to be fixed all ready

And under the tank we have...

https://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y153/ottobeil/OhDear.jpg

....crap Sad

i was in the process of rebuilding my tzr.. till it stopped starting Evil or Very Mad
All I need to really get going though is a swingarm (disc brake version and caliper mount) so I can swap over from the crappy drum brakes (already got the wheels, stripped and waiting) and then powder coat the frame Very Happy

keep us posted Mr. Green
