After looking at some bits and bobs for my bike i came across this fairing set. Valantino rossis old moto gp bike, theres a new 2007 season Fiat one two. Although its priced at £199.00 which seems far too cheap for a full fairing set. What do you guys make out of this and afterall i is from china, could be a worthless piece of junk like most of the bikes they make. Razz Rolling Eyes

Dont!

I was given the job of fitting chinese fairings to an FZR400 once. Correct style for the bike but they were such a bad fit and felt so cheap and nasty. I cant think of any plastic to compare it to, Other than the cheap rubbish fitted to the mini-moto's and its very brittle.

The finish of the paint and grapics were also very poor.

I'd be forking out the extra dosh for OEM fairings Thumbs Up

yer pays yer money yer takes yer choice,

They are OK at best Gman bought a set for his NC30 , they had spelling mistakes and didn't fit as flush as OEM ones , but for like 10% of the price of new sets (they make CBR600F4 fairings too for £300 compared to the £2300+ VAT OEM I'd have to pay Honda).

Bit thinner than the OEM stuff too ,

Looking at the feedback of the guy, I wouldn't even chance it.

Someone has given him bad feedback saying the fairing didn't fit for his RVF400 - Very bad job.Do not fit to the bike, color & decals bad.Not recommended

CBR 400 - not the best fit but they are after market fairings so they will do thanks.

ZXR400 - Cheap and nasty but I got them on,

Now i know they're not yamaha but to be honest I would say that's quite pricey for fairing panels that don't fit properly.

All the best.

It's not £199.00, it's £309.00 when you take into consideration the postage from China Confused As others said, steer clear.

I had trouble just fitting a cheapo Airblade screen to my R6 which was a bad fit, so i wouldn't even try with a full set of fairings.

I was looking at getting my fairings from a couple of different places. Most of them seem to be based in thailand. Now they do look really good. And seem to be drilled in all the right places but they are so far out its unbeleivable. Ive heard stories about getting the full set all painted. But paints not matching up and being a bit out.

Best fork out for some proper originals like i did in the end. Alot more expensive but you know theyre top notch. I was waiting 8 months riding round with no fairings whatsoever till i found some originals and even these are second hand. Its worth paying the extra.
