Giving it a good general clean up, clean carbs/zorsts, fork seals and brake piston seals.

Should have it ready to go soon if all goes well Cool

The calipers were a right PITA to strip, taking me 3hrs to strip the first one, as they were very seized. Luckily the pistons only have a tiny bit of rust/marking to the very tops so shouldnt effect the performance Smile

Bought new seals/pads for the fronts and they seem much much better, with the braided hoses should be quite decent Cool

Put it back together enough to give it alittle test and runs alot better with the clean carbs and new sparkies. The brakes were a pain to get right as the discs are fairly worn but work much much better Smile

Took the forks off to do the seals but they didnt seem to be leaking even after constant compression. I have put them back on and will see how it goes as I have allready bought the seals and had oil left anyway. Best bike stand in the world ever Very Happy

Got it all back together now minus the grab rail, have to re-bleed the brakes as I had to remove the line from the master cyl to the splitter to get the nose cone on Sad

Im going to give the fairings/wheels and swinger a good clean once its stopped raining and the brakes are finished then its proper test ride time Cool

I love RD's, but they dont look right with a fairing, just makes it look like "generic 80's faired bike"...

The non-faired ones just look so cool. Still, nice rebuild.
