thats one way for the legal system to get back at dealers i guess

not sure all dealers would accept being sued without taking illegal violent action

so i suspect he was a friend who got it for her, rather than a dealer in the usual sense

Well said Hellkat, she OD'd because she chose to use illegal drugs in the first place. Can the hospital now sue her for payment for taking up a bed & using nursing time that could have been better used on more deserving cases?
