I'm just curious, I haven't been caught doing anything stupid, don't worry
If you got 12 points on a provisional bike license, would you have to retake your CBT to ride again? |

I believe it would be 6 points until retake if you haven't held a full license for 2 years.
I could be wrong there though. ____________________ Bikes: 1998 Honda VFR800Fi, 26,500 miles

Hi
Yep. The 2 years probabtionary period runs from when you got your first full licence. And a provision has 12 points before you loose it.
I suppose being pedantic your full licence has 12 points as well even within the first 2 years. Just reaching 6 points results in the full licence being revoked rather than a band. Suppose it would be possible to get both a ban and your licence revoked in one go.
All the best
