I wasn't really a believer in ghosts that much before, I thought I'd had an experience but wasn't totally sure. But then last night I took these pictures of my dogs in his new house, and for some reason I really can't explain these orbs, nor the one that looks exactly like a human hand calling my dog towards it.

What do you guys think?

I promise that these pictures are not modified or altered in any way, shape or form, they are completely genuine.

Excuse the mess, he's just moved in. Smile

Orbs on my Dad and the sofa:

https://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c165/Phant0mtek/DSC00231.jpg

Orbs in a darkened hallway:

https://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c165/Phant0mtek/DSC00234.jpg

Ghostly hand:

https://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c165/Phant0mtek/DSC00221.jpg

Please don't use these pictures anywhere else without asking me first, cheers Smile

Also, there are many more, sometimes with the orbs on the sofa between me and my Dad, and some next to him in other shots Confused

Any ideas?

Phanny sent me the full size pics on MSN.

On the pic of the hand there's like a silver/white thing around the thumb, I guess maybe another orb. Also a silver whisp of something in the bottom area of the shadow on the fire place.

Intriguing! Smile

The hand looks photo shopped even though you said it isn't.

Why would I photoshop it seriously?

Honestly, do I have nothing better to do?

The picture is too big to upload fully I've just tried.

AND SPARKS I WONDERED WHERE I HAD SEEN THAT HAND POSE BEFORE! Laughing Laughing Laughing

The one with the hand looks like some sort of lag on the camera, maybe a few seconds? You can see the dogs head faintly & a hand pointing to something. So i'd definitely say it's some kind of lag.

One with the orbs is interesting tho. Smile

Is that part of a dogs face below the hand?

Orbs are dust. Unless disembodied skin flakes are capable of directly affecting the physical world through some sort of ectoplasmic interface, you needn't worry.
And the hand is nothing more than someone's hand being drawn out of shot during a long exposure.

I think you are right there, it does look like it.

But nobody was stood there when I took that photo, and its on my phone so I don't know how to set exposure time.

If ghosts existed, 170-ish years of photography would have provided us with conclusive proof.

Your dogs look very aware lol... Also if you watch programs such as 'Most Haunted' its about a bunch of silly people who go to places that are hundreds of years old trying to talk to dead people.. Also... Interestingly enough they show you and tell you about orbs... And they state that orbs symbolize Ghostly meanings or something.

My mums a strong believer of things such as ghost and she tells me about it :S

Sounds interesting tbh... Oh btw 'Most Haunted' also show you live orbs ...

The orbs look interesting, the hand could be another photo merged in but then again it might not be!

Im a member of a paranormal group and we do investigations in the south, not sure where you are. but if you are worried you could look on the internet and groups like ours would investigate free of charge.

If I took a picture in a room and spots appeared on the picture, I wouldn’t instantly think, ghost.

Why did you think spots meant ghost? Laughing

Look what happens what you take a picture in the snow:

Same principle for dust, Except it's closer to the lense.

I didn't until I saw the hand, when I know nobody was stood there at that moment in time.

Plus my dogs barking at nothing and staring at the wall for long periods of time asif they are watching something (Not paint dry, before any of you witty little clowns start) kind of tells me that something is up.

And before you say 'Oh all dogs do that', they never did it in our old house.

Sounds good NC30 Chick, the house is in Sheffield.
