Speedfight problem...Anyone Help me?!

I brought a new gianelli pipe and a malossi variator kit for my peugeot speedfight 2

when the exhaust and variator was fitted....the bike had a problem with pulling away...there seem to be a 3 or 4 second delay i had it on full throttle n it was going about 3 or 4 mph for around 4 seconds then it would pull away but i was only getting like 45mph out of it.

i changed the rollers 3 times:
4.4
6.5
and a mixture of 6.5 and 4.1

i also changed the clutch spring
played around with the jets but nothing seemed to work...i cant understand why its not pulling away

if anyone knows or has any tips or info at all please post them

im open to ALL suggestions
