As I was saying, I have a question about the legalities of giving someone an induction at the gym (showing how to use the machines etc) without having a personal trainer qualification of any sort. Is It legal to give someone an induction without such thing? If anyone could dig up some legislaton that would be great.

If your doing it as a friend then its your word against theirs. If your doing it as an employee then I imagine it is imperative that you have at least been certified by your employer.

It is for my employer. I have been doing a few inductions lately and just wanted to make sure that i do not have to be "qualified" to do such thing.
