Defendant can't be named?

Why is it when there is a young murderer like in the above story they can't be named for legal reasons? or that he is too young? , hold on too young for what? , to be a callous murdering scum?,

I mean why not? ,

other prisoners taking revenge might be a good thing, or people hunting them down and taking revenge in the future may well be a very good deterant to future crimes when the little scrote gets out who will invariably get out in less than 5 years.

Bah disillusioned again...

i think the idea is that they want the criminals to get rehabilitated and eventually go back into society

if they were named, they might not be able to do that

That story is fucking disgusting. Thinking about what that poor sod went through made me well up.

What a bunch of fucking vermin, to do something as evil as that? These filth ( i can't call them people) should have no second chance. They should be named and shamed so that people can see who they are, the mother who tried to help her son get away with it should also be punished. Firing squad should do it!

If it were up to me they would never see day light again and would spend the rest of their days with people as wicked as they are. Hopefully they'd be put through the same hell that this poor lad was.
