My bike sat for 2 and a half weeks in a garage and it looks like its sweated quite a bit and there are some mushrooms growing on the footpegs Razz ive cleaned most of it, but one thing i notced my front brake had so much oxidisation that the bike didnt move at first... now theres bits of rust here and there on the disc, what can I use thats not wd40? and is there any protective spray that i can spray the exhasuts mid section with (the bit thats right under bike and not protected by the fairing) I gave it a good wirebrushing today but... meh... thanks in advance

Ride it. The rust on the discs will go as soon as you brake.

theres nothing really that you can spray on them that i would recommend, but take the bike out for a quick ride applying light brake pressure to removed the rust from the disks.

should shift its self after a bit.

I bought a spray that then prompty burnt itself to the exhaust meaning next clean and polish took me an hour on the exhaust alone because the burnt bits were plentiful and hard to take off.. Smile

I find the metal polish autosol quite good
It leaves a film behind that prevents rusting
Just keep on top of it, i clean my bike every fine weekend, takes 30 mins if done regularly, and that includes the polishing
