Justr changed my rear indicators and i touched the two metal bits against each other when on and now all the elecrics have died, no neutral light.

Any idea what i need to do? I assume i need a fuse but i'm not sure which one to get. I'm riding a honda cb600 hornet (1999)

yep that would be a fuse. locate the fuse box, look at the fuses and see which one has shorted. read what amp fuse it is and buy a new one. replace in fuse box and everything should work. buy spares for future use/further accidnets.

I feel like a bit of a chimp. The black box under the seat with all the wires coming out is the fuse box right? I can't get into it!

do a search for a manual online and see what it says there... fuse boxes are designed to be reached at so you can change a fuse...

its not neccesarily near the battery.
on the GSXR600 its up by the clocks so you can change a fuse without getting off your bike Very Happy room for 5 spares in the box too!

however, on the lifan the fuse was by the battery (although, in a duct taped straw casing with a spare stapled to it)

on the GSXR400 was near enough the same though.

i dont know what it will be like on your bike, so this information is utterly useless...

hope its sorted already Thumbs Up
