My clock on my bandit is starting to get slow, do you reckon this is my battery dying or something?

Also i have a touring scottoiler fitted and its stopped working! (what a suprise). I think its an airblock but i cant get it to work. Have even tried giving the pipe a blow job to try and get it running again but it just wont happen! I have left it on prime as well but it still aint doing sod all!! Any Clues?????

Cheers guys!

Will

Common fault on Bandits.
It's apparently caused by conflicts on those bikes with The Space Time Continuum.

Easily resolved by up-grading to a Yam, Kwak or Honda.

Or it could just be the battery, though I'd guess the display would dim rather than run slow.

Sorry. That's no help I bet. Crying or Very sad

Re-Scottoiler, I heard they can be a bit of a cock to bleed once you get air into them. They work on capilary action so if run to empty air breaks the process. I thought you prime then leave it to drip. Maybe the cold has got to it.
I hope you are using the Scottoil Oil and not something you found in the shed for the chainsaw... Laughing

Go to Scottoiler website. They arte most helpful and lots of FAQ on there too. Don't know if the lassie who works in their orifice would be too interested to hear your methods of priming right enough. Smile

As walrusopera says, the reg/rec on Bandits can sometimes act like a flux capacitor. Never go over 88mph.

Time slows down as you approach the speed of light.

Be careful of arriving at a place before you've left, for you'll cause a temporal catacylsm that will destroy the universe.

Thumbs Up
