Looks good but do you think it would work yourself?

NSR 125?

If so would it be wise? I'm no bike genius but wouldn't it effect the bike in any way if you fitted these?

sorry but with an ad like that, buying them would make you a complete 'tard...

the pic in the ad isnt even an NSR, and with a quote like 'the pictures speak for themselves'...
avoid this rip off bastard.

you can get reeds and a reed block for the price hes asking for just the reeds.

i bought some boyosen reeds for my derbi gpr.
they do make a difference to throttle response and low end power (i.e. less than 5k rpm), and are probably worth splashing out on if ya gonna have the 125 for a while.
i got a pod filter too and the result was pretty good - just dont expect miracles.
dead easy to fit - just remove your carb and manifold, then the reed block, unscrew the old ones and stick the new ones in - took about an hours or so.
you will almost certainly need to rejet your carb and play with the air idle settings and thats a bit trickier.
I went from a 190 to a 230 main jet and still dont think that was totally right - the instructions say you may need to reduce main jet size but i added the filter too and increasing the jet size was the shops reccomendations.
ill get round to finishing it someday when i get time and money.

They used to be the best reeds you could get, not sure of the quality of them now?

I bought some for my NSR125 after following the link from alains.

They have made a difference but it's difficult to say how much.

Dead easy to fit.
