NC29 fork serice :-) which parts ?

have been quoted £40 to service my forks by my colleagues bro in law who is a bike mechanic at a well know motorbike shop in preston.
I have ordered these parts from David silver spares but what is the best oil to use as I am providing all the parts for the service myself ?

also is there anything else I will need ?

2 x Fork lower bushes
2 x Fork upper bushes
2 x Fork seal set one oil and dust seal
2 x Fork oil seal retaing clips

this lot come to £51 so with oil its comes to about £100
