I had a smash on a roundabout guy pulled across me on a roundabout I was going straight across and he hit me. He has damage to the side of his car I have damage to to the front of my bike.

He is saying it happened past my turning between the 2nd and 3rd exit from my POV and I tried to go up the inside of him when he was in the inside lane.

I think the evidence goes all my way, damage to veichels (I can never spell that right) I also have pictures of the aftermath, it shows my bike parked on the roundabout where I said the accident happened and coolant on the floor where he done my rad.

Basically I would like people who have experiance in claims and court stuff could let me know what my chances are of getting a them rule my way.

Also if anybody knows a guy with a red and white naked bike newish I think it was a 1000 honda but I was in a bit of a state a the time, he was in his 40s/50s and had black hair going grey and maybe a tash (can't remember) who would have been travelling the Rainham A13/ hornchurch way when it happened (september). He would be a big help to me as he saw were we stopped after the crash and helped out.

Cheers Chris.

Have you got a copy of the claims form, diagrams, etc?

Email them to me [email protected] and i can review it for you.
Your legal cover should more than suffice though - your insurers dont want to pay up either, so hold the fort and do as they say!
