How can I get a stripped disc bolt out? the head is shafted!

I managed to remove both front discs fully and most of the rear bar the one thats stuck!!

If you have a welder, just weld a bit of bar to the head at 90 degrees. It acts as a big lever and cant come off. Also the heat helps to loosen it up. Works every time for me.

Believe in the last thread like this peeps suggested getting a hammer and cold chisel and knocking a groove in it then knocking it round.
