Hey, had this for a few years now, used to start on second or third kick, ran well, only needed about a litre of fuel to last it a good few hours arsing round on it, only problem is, its kinda died now, probably due to too much "easy start" when we got fed up of it starting to play up, took teh plug out 2day to take a look, nackered, barely any spark gets to it anyway if you look @ the "custom" Ht lead you can see why, i dont know what to do with it now though, whether to keep the Cb parts and do something with them or just scrap it or.. give it a good bit of elbow grease and sort it out again, used to be so much fun. anywho pics...

Bike as a whole....ish

I personally wouldn't bother putting in the elbow grease and getting it good again.

There's too many parts on that by the looks of it that need replacing/spraying/re-coating (the frame and tank especially). I can also see that you'd need a new back tyre, a new chain (I doubt that would clean up tbh), and the seat recovering. Everything would need stripping, cleaning. You'd need to sort that back end out to fit a numberplate and obviously you'd need a proper ht lead.

Not worth it in my opinion.

I strongly doubt it was going to go back on the road- if that was the plan, dont bother but if you just want it as a field bike (as I assumed you did) it's definitely worth getting going Mr. Green
