Fried, juicier and softer than if you grill them. McGee, I can very easily imagine in the US that their idea of a sausage is a big schlong of processed meat with a fistful of salt and some gristle for texture, and that's as far as it gets anywhere. However I do love Tesco's finest sausages, ones with apple and herbs in, crumbly texture, so nice mmmm.

No, what you do is use the "George Foreman" as per normal then just before you finish cooking them get the handy little grease collector tub and drizzle all the fat back over the sausases to put the flavour back on. Thumbs Up

I only eat Sausages in a Bangers n Mash meal.
Grill first, make the red onion gravey and bung them into that leave to cook for 5 mins. Nice and soft.

George Foreman grills rock, 'specially if your a lazy student Laughing

Sausages- cheap and nasty get Georged, real ones get done in the oven. Just acquired some venison and something- or- other ones from sainsbury's which I'm looking forward to trying.

Bangers, bubble 'n squeak and red onion gravy ftw though
Very Happy
