Hi

Don't think the rear shock is air adjustable.

There might be a valve there if the shock has been rebuilt. But it is not there to be played with by the user (and likely that if you have then you will have trashed the shock and it will need to go back to the rebuilder).

All the best

Keith

I just recharged a pair of shocks for someone. It definately NOT something you can do with an airline. Firstly you need nitrogen supply at about 200 psi and an accurate pressure regulator and gauge that controls/reads to 1 psi. Secondly you need a valve that lets you close the valve on the shocks whilst keeping the supply pressure correct. I used a set for charging aircraft oleos (I don't have access to this gear at the moment as I'm between jobs). Thirdly the capacity of a shock is so small if you test the pressure with a tyre pressure gauge you will almost certainly empty it of gas.

Pro-job only me thinks. Plenty of firms do it now.
