ER5 exhaust and Rad cover

I am considering a Beowulf stainless steel rad cover for 01 ER5. Not least beacus the current one is hanging on by only one lug. I am a little concerned about the restricted airflow causing overheating. Is this a
reasonable concern?

And I am considering a Motad exhaust. I have looked on the web for others but can only find a Motad which has a chrome box, which isn't so good. Any suggestions of other places to look?
